Thank you for purchasing Cardhoda products. To ensure quality service, please read the following terms carefully before placing your order. Once payment is successful, you are deemed to have agreed to all the contents of this policy.

Please ensure you confirm the color, model, and quantity of your order. Orders cannot be modified once payment is successful.

This online store operates on an "Exchange Only, No Refund" policy. We do not accept refund applications in any form.
2. Initial 7-Day New Product Exchange Guarantee
If you discover a non-human-related quality issue upon receiving the product, please contact customer service within 7 days of the delivery date to apply for an exchange.

Application Requirements: You must provide the order number and a valid purchase invoice/receipt. The product must remain in brand-new condition with complete packaging.

Human-Caused Damage: Exchanges will not be accepted if there are signs of drops, stains, self-disassembly, or improper use.
3. Warranty and Exchange "Exclusions" (Items Not Covered)
The following conditions are not covered under the exchange or one-year warranty policy:

Human-Caused Damage: Damage resulting from accidents, negligence, or misuse (e.g., excessive pulling, water damage, drops/impacts, or unauthorized modifications).

Normal Wear and Tear: Natural degradation over time, such as surface scratches, paint peeling on aluminum alloy tabs, discoloration of lanyards, or pilling of fibers.

Missing Proof: Failure to provide a valid purchase invoice or receipt.

Specific Items: Products marked as clearance, discounted, add-ons, or free gifts on the official website.
5. Shipping Fees and Inspection Process

Technical Inspection: Once a warranty application is received, it takes approximately 7-14 working days for repair assessment and processing.

Shipping Responsibility:

If the issue is confirmed to be a product quality defect, the Company will cover the return shipping costs after the replacement or repair.

The one-way shipping cost for sending the product back to the Company must be borne by the customer.

If the damage is determined to be human-caused or ineligible for warranty, the customer must bear the full cost of round-trip shipping.
